Garlic serves as a natural antioxidant and can help clear your acne. Garlic, as an antioxidant, assists your body in ridding itself of major toxins that can harm your skin. You can incorporate garlic into your diet through garlic salt or cloves of garlic as an accent to your dishes.

I used to suffer from a huge acne problem, then one day I woke up and it was gone. Eliminating junk food from your diet can also eliminate acne-causing chemicals from your body.

The acne medication you are using could be the source of your acne. There are several types of hormone based medications that can worsen acne. If you don't experience any improvement in your acne symptoms, consult with your doctor about changing medications.

Do you feel that you can never get rid of your acne? It is also said that allergens (hay fever, mites, etc.) can cause some skin problems. Finally, removing negative stressors is important. Try to De-stress your life as much as possible. Stress is one of the biggest causes of acne breakouts. You can reduce stress by mediating and exercise. Workouts combined with periods of relaxing, will not only relieve stress - they also bring fitness and clarity of mind.
